Deposit
For hairstyles over $50, there is a non refundable deposit fee of $25. For styles under, the fee is $10. I accept deposits through Zelle (862-256-8822) & Cash App ($Jessdion30).
Squeeze-In Fee is $15
Your deposit must be sent within 2 hours of booking or your appointment will not be approved. The deposit fee will be counted towards your balance. If you are unable to send the deposit immediately please contact me!
Please note I do not take extension hairstyles (women’s knotless braids, locs, etc) from Mon-Thurs. Only Fridays and Saturdays.
Hair to bring
***I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR TO MY CLIENTS.
However, based on your hairstyle, I will send you the hair I prefer to work with via email. Please note you are responsible for getting the hair in time, but please notify me if you would prefer me ordering the hair on your behalf!!
If you do not show up with the necessary hair and unable to get it the same day, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded however, we can discuss rescheduling
Reschedule/cancel
** You must cancel/reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time **If you choose to cancel without notifying me at least 48 hours prior, your deposit will not be refunded.
No call/no show: your deposit will not be refunded.
There is no late fee for the first 15 mins but please notify me if you are running late *If you are more than 30 mins late with no heads-up your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded
**If I am unwell, we can discuss rescheduling. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be refunded.

Pre-Appointment
** Please ensure your hair is washed clean, detangled, and Blow-dried. There will be an additional $10 charge for detangling
**Please Apply little to No product to the hair to avoid residue buildup from my products.
Please keep in mind I do not offer wash services.
